"Surprisingly quiet for a grinder"
I wasn’t expecting much, but this grinder is actually way quieter than my old one. It still grinds fast too, which is nice since it doesn’t sound like it’s trying to wake up the whole house every morning.

"I bought this mainly for making pour..."
I bought this mainly for making pour over coffee, and it’s been frustrating because the temperature never seems to match my other thermometer, it keeps jumping around while I’m trying to dial things in, and I end up standing there not knowing which reading to trust, which kind of defeats the whole point of having it in the first place. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more reliable.

"Nice little grinder, just needs a tap after use"
I picked this up for my morning coffee setup because I’ve been trying to make better coffee at home instead of running out before work. It looks really nice on the counter and it grinds the beans just fine, so no complaints there. The only thing is mine seems to hold onto a little bit of coffee grounds inside after each use. I end up having to tap it a few times to get everything out, which isn’t a huge deal, but it does get a little annoying when you’re half-awake and just trying to make a cup.

"It doesn’t really change the taste..."
It doesn’t really change the taste, which I do appreciate, so no complaints there. But overall it’s just kind of okay. What bothered me more was the way the policies seem to have little loopholes that make things less straightforward than they should be. Feels like one of those situations where everything is technically explained, but not in a way that actually helps the customer

"My order took way longer than it…"
My order took way longer than it was supposed to, and the tracking basically just sat there doing nothing. I reached out to support hoping they’d explain what was going on, but I never got a clear answer. the whole thing felt weird, like nobody wanted to say where the package actually was. Really annoying delivery experience overall.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up a bit dented, which wasn’t the best first impression (always a little annoying to see that). Luckily, the item inside was totally fine, so no real issue in the end.

"Everything actually fit, which was a relief"
I grabbed a couple of accessories for my Fellow kettle and grinder, and I was a little nervous they might not line up right or look off once they got here. But nope, everything fit exactly how it was supposed to, no awkward gaps or fiddling around trying to make things work. The site made it easy to figure out what went with what too, which I appreciated because I do not have the patience for guessing with this stuff. Really happy with how it all turned out.

"Parts exist, but wow it can be a hassle!!!"
I really do like my Fellow stuff, but trying to track down replacement parts has been kind of hit or miss!!! Some things are right there on the site, and then other parts are either out of stock forever or just weirdly hard to find!!! I reached out to support and they were fine, just not exactly quick!!! I’m glad they offer replacement parts at all, but I really wish the whole process was easier!!!

I’ve tossed this in my bag a few times and so far nothing has spilled, so I’m calling that a win. The lid feels like it snaps on tight, and even if I’m not exactly testing it scientifically, it seems solid enough to trust.

"Warranty came through, eventually"
The warranty did end up working out, so I’m glad about that. I was a little confused on the timing though, I’d send a message and then kind of lose track of whether it had been a few days or over a week before hearing back. In the end they handled it, but the replies definitely felt slower than I expected.

"I really wanted to like this, but..."
I really wanted to like this, but the grind range just felt a bit too limited for how I make coffee.

For pour over, it was fine enough, like it did the job. But once I tried going a little finer or a little coarser, it didn’t feel like there was much space to work with. And even when I made small adjustments, sometimes I couldn’t really tell much changed.
Maybe it’s totally fine for other people, but for me it got kind of frustrating quick. I just expected a little more flexibility for the price.

"I bought this because I had it..."
I bought this because I had it in my head that it would be compact, but once I got it on my counter, it felt like it took over my small kitchen. It does look nice, I’ll give it that, but every time I use it I end up remembering how annoying it is to shuffle other stuff around just to make room. For me, it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

"Keeps my coffee warm good"
I picked up a Fellow mug it keeps my coffee hot longer than my old one did. It ain’t no magic mug that keeps it boiling all day or anything, but for slow mornings, it does the job well enough. The lid fits nicely and the whole thing feels sturdy. I’m giving it 4 stars because I wouldn’t mind if it held heat a little longer, but overall I’m happy with it

"Looks nice, but I'm not sure it's worth it"
I wanted to like this more because it does look good, I'll give it that. But actually using it every day has been more annoying than I expected, and cleaning it is kind of a pain. There are little parts where gunk gets stuck, so I end up scrubbing way longer than I want to. Maybe it works better for someone more patient, but for me, the nice design doesn't really make up for the hassle.

"Nice products, but the service let me down"
I really like the look of Fellow’s products, and the website was easy to shop on. But my order ended up taking longer than I expected, and the updates along the way weren’t very clear, which felt like a preventable frustration.
When I reached out, the response was slower than I’d hoped and didn’t really clear things up. The product itself is nice, but for the price, I expected the overall experience to feel a lot smoother.

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I really wanted to be into Fellow because, yeah, the stuff looks slick and all. But once you add shipping and tax, the price gets kind of ridiculous, like come on, don’t be a clown about it.

For that much money, I expected something that felt a lot more special. Instead it just feels like you’re paying extra for the name and the design, not actual value. I wouldn’t bother buying again unless there was a seriously good sale

"I’ve been using my Fellow kettle..."
I’ve been using my Fellow kettle for a few weeks now, and overall the battery life has been dependable. For my usual morning routine, it gets the job done without dying on me, and when I do need to charge it, it’s not a huge hassle.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I expected the charge to last a little longer based on what I had in mind going in. It’s still a good kettle and I’m happy with it, just a bit short of my expectations on battery life.

"Inconsistent coffee experience"
I’ve had coffee here a few times, and it tastes a little different every visit. Maybe other people don’t mind since the place still seems popular, but compared to the coffee spots I usually go to, it’s not as consistent as I expected.

"Feels like it was built to stick around"
I bought this from fellowproducts.com a while ago, and reading between the lines, you can kind of tell they didn’t cut corners on the build. It has a nice weight to it without feeling bulky, and it definitely doesn’t give off that cheap, flimsy vibe. I use it almost every day, and so far it still looks and works like it’s brand new. I’ve had plenty of kitchen stuff give out way too quickly, but this one feels like it’s actually made to last. Really happy with it
